Design
The
progression from concept to design is a crucial stage in any project
- we listen first then act! This has to be a merging of minds between
ourselves and our clients from which is formed the basic structure to
go forward.
The
information gathered by our consultants on your shop will then be passed
back to our drawing and planning department.
Full
floor plan would then be drawn, detailing your shopfit and schemes.
Next
stage is for us to work out the best possible costings for the whole
project. These are then sent to you along with the drawings for your
approval.
Lease
Finance
In
conjunction with a very reputable local finance company, we have pioneered
leasing agreements specifically designed to reduce the burden of meeting
the costs of refurbishment.
These agreements ( subject to status), can be arranged over 2, 3 or
4 year periods with fixed interest rates and equal monthly payments
enable effective fixed cost budgeting.
A
further significant benefit of leasing equipment, is that the retailer
can off-set the cost against taxation, whereas an outright purchase
would become an asset and would not attract any tax releif. When the
final leasing payment is made an additional payment of 1% of the total
amount of the lease agreement transfers ownership of the equipment to
the lessee.
Finance can be arranged for your shopfit project through brokers. We
can pass your details to some major lenders who will then assess your
application accordingly.
Types
of finance available
There
are a large selection of leasing packages on the business finance brokers
market; below are just a few examples
Finance
Lease
A customer pays for the use of the equipment only, the 'Finance Leasing'
company still owns the asset. In Finance Leasing the Customer is responsible
for the final payment.
Contract
Purchase
One of the most commonly used of Finance arrangements for Customers
and includes conditional sale. An asset is hired by equal monthly rentals
and ownership is acquired at the end of the period by payment of the
purchase fee.
Lease
Purchase
Is a form of Hire Purchase agreement whereby the monthly rentals can
be reduced as a result of having a 'balloon payment' or final rental
payable by the Customer at the end of the Agreement which include an
option to purchase. Products such as Contract Purchase are also included
in this category.
Often
also called Hire Purchase, the customer has to pay all the VAT up front
, ownership at the end, but different tax rules will apply. Cannot upgrade
the equipment during the of the contract.
Installation
Once
all the plans have been approved, details are then passed to our factory
where our skilled workforce will immediately start production.
With
the help from our planning department and yourself, together we will
decide on a realistic timescale to complete your shop to a professional
standard with the up most efficiency and the least possible inconvenience.
We will then co-ordinate with our delivery drivers and the shop fitters
to ensure that your goods are delivered on time.
Our
skilled teams of shopfitters will fit our your newly designed shop,
so you can start earning money quickly, after all, thats what
its all about.
Support
Once
all the site works have been completed, we will then meet with our clients
to ensure that they are entirely satisfied with the finished product.
